Renovation/Refurbishment construction of extensions. Jamson’s ability to deliver a heritage building project was showcased in this historic Mill-House refurbishment. Two extensions were designed to create a larger living space whilst the utmost care was taken to be sympathetic to the existing wood and stonework.

Site clearance
Strip out.
Installation of floating glass box extension reaching out over a waterfall.
Replacement of all floors.
Installation of bespoke floating staircase.
Extension to the north of the building finished with floor-to-ceiling wraparound glazing and stonework.
All plumbing works, including the installation of a new waste system.
Installation of oil fire central heating system.
Internal doors replaced.
Complete electrical re-wiring including installation of a fire detection system.
Installation of timber windows and doors to external elevation.
Restoration of the waterwheel.
Pointing of the external stonework.
Installation of cantilevered walkway area.
Excavation and formation of retaining walls to form a terraced area in garden.
Installation of new patio.
Installation of new access steps.
Creation of parking area.
Construction of base to receive Shepard’s hut.
Installation of Shepherd’s hut.
Creation of access path to stream.
Installation of sewage treatment package plant.
